Thank you for visiting my website. I have recently moved to Perth in October 2012 after emigrating from the UK. I am currently working as a Web Project Manager for a web agency, Dash Digital.

I am an experienced IT professional with a First Class Honours degree in Internet Technology from Staffordshire University.

After graduating from University I worked as an Administrative Assistant at ACCA on a short term contract, before working self employed building websites for clients.

I went travelling in 2006 visiting South East Asia & Australasia. While in Australia I settled in Melbourne, and joined the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. I was initially contracted on a three month contract which was renewed five times until my visa meant I had to leave the country. I established good working relationships and regularly received positive feedback and acknowledgement from clients and management praising the work and the way in which I carried out my tasks.

Part of my role was updated web pages using XHTML and CSS. I have worked and trained clients on EMC Documentum and Microsoft Sharepoint.

I was also part of the team that put together the Developers Resource Kit and from this held quality assurance tests on websites before they were allowed to be published. The websites had to pass various cross-platform, multi-browser and device testing which involved various W3C and usability checks.

I also provided guidance and feedback on Omniture Statistics analysing data trends.

After my visa expired in October 2008, I left Australia and went travelling around North and South America before returning home to the UK in February 2009.

Once at home I started working part time for Golf Repro. My job was to digitally restore photos and postcards using Photoshop.

In December 2009 I joined as a member of staff at Brentford FC. I was responsible for the generating interesting content on the website and make sure the site was constantly up to date.

I also established and led the Club's Social networking presence, keeping Twitter and Facebook pages updated whilst also responding to enquiries from supporters. My strategy helped the Facebook Fan page get 13,500 fans and the Twitter account 8,500 followers.

I was also responsible for e-marketing and provided statistical analysis using Omniture/Google analytics for feedback to the various departments.

My other roles at the Club saw me produce marketing material including posters and flyers using Photoshop and InDesign. I also produced and edited video content (using Premier Pro) including interviews and match highlights for the Club's online TV service, Bees Player.

I also took sports photography for the Club to use in their online and print publications.

After emigrating to Perth, I am currently the Project Manager for Dash Digital. My duties include the management of multiple web projects, ensuring that all team members are following workflow model and meet key milestones.

My roles includes being responsible for the Information Architecture of new web projects including creating client brief, project scope, site map and wireframes.

While the websites are being developed I carry out tests checking for usability, functionality, accessibility and correcting any issues before client presentation.

I am also responsible for online marketing planning utilising search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Adwords, Google Analytics and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+ and Linkedin.
